By using Tomorrow, you agree to these terms. They're short, plain, and honest — just like the app.
Tomorrow — Plan Tonight is a simple mobile application that helps you write down tasks before sleep and complete them the following day. It is a personal productivity tool. It is not a medical device, a mental health tool, a financial advisor, or anything other than what it says it is.
You may use Tomorrow for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the app or its code. You may not use Tomorrow in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Tomorrow requires no account creation. All data is stored locally on your device and deleted daily. We have no ability to recover your tasks if you delete the app, reset your phone, or if your device fails. Your tasks are yours and yours alone — which also means only you are responsible for them.
Tomorrow requests permission to send local notifications. Granting notification access is optional — the app functions without it. You can revoke notification permissions at any time in your iPhone Settings. We send a maximum of two notifications per day. We will never send marketing notifications, promotional content, or unsolicited messages.
Tomorrow is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that it will make you more productive. Though we really hope it does. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including lost tasks, missed deadlines, or unfinished laundry.
Tomorrow, its name, logo, design, and copy are owned by the developer. The content you write in the app — your tasks, your plans — belongs entirely to you. We have no claim over it, no access to it, and no interest in it beyond hoping it helps you.
We may update Tomorrow from time to time to improve the experience. We may also update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
